Biography
Instead of having someone else write a biography I thought the best way to fill this section was to basically describe each section personally. Below you will find most information about my photography, coaching, playing, writing and music; along with a photo gallery.

Photographer: Initially I started photography like most people, as a hobby. After consulting with a friend I chose to pick up a Canon Rebel 2000 and start shooting some photos so I would have photos to get signed by minor league ball players who didn't have cards out yet. While doing so Batavia Muckdogs General Manager Paul Marriot saw me shooting and asked who I did it for. After explaining it was just for myself he asked to see some "work" so obviously I submitted. This snowballed into trying to make a "career" out of it. Over the years I have been published in many publications from major magazines, newspapers and card companys to promotional material, CD's and posters. Recently I have gotten more into youth photography upon request of many parents and coaches.

During the winter of 2002-03 I took over the girls and boys modified basketball program, also at Alexander. In spring of 2003 I moved to Pavilion for girls softball before going to girls volleyball in fall of 2003, also at Pavilion. The next basketball season (2003-04) I moved to Batavia Central School taking over the seventh grade modified team for the next two seasons (2003-05) and continueing with the eigth grade team. The past two springs I coached the modified boys baseball team at Pavilion and was the Varsity Volleyball Coach at Oakfield Central.

Playing Career: This section can be broken down into three phases; football, wrestling, and baseball. I played three seasons of high school football before going to college and playing one season at SUNY Morrisville as an offensive guard and tackle. After my first season I was switched to tight end but unfortunately never got the chance to play one snap in that position as I stopped playing football to concentrate on baseball. Morrisville initially reqruited me for football but wrestling and baseball also sent letters of interest. After football season I turned down the opportunity of wrestling to rest and get ready for baseball. After not playing baseball in high school I thought my days on the diamond were done until reporting to tryouts for Morrisville. That spring and next fall I saw limited time at first and third. In my first collegiate at bat I hit an infield single on a 1-1 breaking ball where the ball got stuck in the ground, literally. As I got to first the shortstop was digging the ball out of the ground for an infield single. I ended my time at Morrisville batting .500, 6 BB's, 1K, 2 SB in limited time. After drawing interest from a four year school I transfered however never got on the field after being involved in a car accident. I have participated in summer softball leagues since I was 16 and won the title in 2005 playing with Batavia Starter.

Writer: My first professor in college urged me to become a writer but it has never been a big part of my life. I have been published in a few music magazines and websites writing articles on the Dropkick Murphys three times and the Sloppy Meateaters.

Music: Like everything mentioned above music has always been a passion for me. I was involved with an independent record label for around five years before leaving because of personal differences with the others involved. During that time I helped produce UNITED PUNKS Volume 1 along with many other oddities. After leaving I started Knockover Records however it has been on hiatus since the main band broke up after touring Europe. Knockover funded a band to hit the studio in 2007 and you'll see an indie release in '08!
